PUNJAB MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND COMPANY NEW JOBS 2023
The Government of Pakistan received a loan from the International Development Association (IDA) to pay the costs of the Punjab Urban Program (PCP) under credit number 62 3-PK. It is implemented by Punjab Municipal Development Fund Corporation (PMDFC). The purpose of the program is to strengthen the efficiency of the participating city governments in managing cities and providing services. The program will establish an Ilead OMtice and three regional offices at Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Khanewal to provide technical support to local committees. PMDPC is looking for the services of the following professionals for the Punjab Cliles Program (PCP).
Position
1.Program Manager |(Contract Management) (01 Post-Lahore)
Competence:
16 years of education a higher engineering degree from HEC recognized university. Experience:
At least eight (08) years after graduation with 16 years of education or five (05) years of at least 17 years of education at the national and international level in the relevant field of civil engineering especially in infrastructure projects. Experience working in complex environments and large infrastructure and/or construction projects. Ability to handle and manage all aspects of construction control (knowledge of law and construction contracts, construction IT, and monitoring). Experience in managing and directing medium and large-scale construction works in the public sector;

2. Program Officer (Infrastructure | Development) (01 Post-Gujranwala)
Competence:
16 years of education or a higher degree in Civil Engineering from HEC approved University.
Experience:
At least eight (08) years - of postgraduate experience of 16 years of education or five (05) years of at least 17 years of education related to the planning, design, and supervision of infrastructure development projects and operations, and maintenance of city service infrastructures. The age limit is 55 years.
3. Assistance to Program Officers (Institution Strengthening) (01 Post-Lahore) Piennies Dennrane
Competence:
16 years o education or higher education in Economics/Business/Business/Public Administration from HEC recognized Institute. Experience:
At least four years post qualification related experience and a better understanding of planning and development of capacity building initiatives and good analytical skills. Knowledge of municipal administration is considered an advantage. Age limit is
5 years.
4. Assistant to the program manager. (Environmental and Social Management) (01 Post Faisalabad)
competence;
16 years of education or higher education in Environmental Engineering/Sciences from HEC approved University.
Experience:
At least four years of post-qualification professional and technical experience with increased responsibility for environmental analyses, and proven experience in developing IEE, EIA, and EMMPS5 as required by public environmental regulations. Experience in preparing social assessment reports (SAR), social management plans (SMP), and resettlement and rehabilitation action plans (RAP) by ESF requirements, as knowledge of local government systems, and regulatory framework will be beneficial.
